Who provides the service
BigBro is provided by IT Garage LLC, a Wyoming company, United States. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Operator contact details are listed at the bottom of this page.
How BigBro works
BigBro monitors messages in connected Telegram sources, automatically identifies matches in selected categories and sends alerts to subscribers. Alerts may include text, the author’s username and a link to the original. You decide whether to contact the author. BigBro does not message them on your behalf.
Access and plans
The standard plan includes one search category in Bali and alerts for every relevant message we find. The current monthly price in USD is shown on the home page and includes applicable taxes. Custom plan scope, duration and price are agreed separately. A 3-day trial is available; follow the bot’s instructions to start it.
Payments and renewals
Visiting this website or opening Telegram does not create a paid card subscription. The final amount, term and renewal conditions must be shown before payment. For purchases processed through Paddle, the relevant Paddle entity identified at checkout is the merchant of record, and Paddle’s terms also apply.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect Telegram’s rules and the rights of message authors and recipients. Do not use discovered data for spam, harassment, fraud or unauthorised resale of personal data. We may restrict access for violations, abuse or security risks; mandatory buyer rights remain unaffected.
Service limitations
AI may make mistakes and miss relevant messages. Source availability and Telegram itself may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, any number of leads or customers, concluded deals or revenue. We are not a party to your transactions with message authors. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and support
The current terms are published here with a revision date. Material changes to an active paid service will be communicated to affected users before they apply. Cancellation and refund terms are on a separate page. For access or terms questions:
